Hear the voice
and prayer of thy servants,
that they make before thee this day.
わが神、主よ、ただ僕(しもべ)の祈りと願いを顧(かえり)みて、
今日僕(しもべ)が御前にささげる「叫びと祈り」を聞き届けてください。
That thine eyes may be open toward this house night and day,
ever toward this
place, of which thou hast said:
"My Name shall be there."
そして、夜も昼もこの神殿に、この所に御目を注いでください。
ここはあなたが、『わたしの名をとどめる』と仰せになった所です。
And when thou heare'st have mercy on them.
この所に向かって僕(しもべ)がささげる祈りを聞き届けてください。
